Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Orlando, FL to create exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals and supporting daily administrative tasks. You will initiate genuine conversations, educate guests on products and services, and upsell retail items during each visit.

You’ll maintain a welcoming lobby, assist with check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and help guests access the app for reservations and rescheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in luxury service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences and educate guests on products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
