Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Security Ambassador to safeguard guests, team members and assets while delivering exceptional service. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, explain rules and assist with inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, monitoring entrances, coordinating with supervisors and supporting security operations. A high school diploma and security experience are preferred, with licensure as required by Lives standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in security with a focus on guest service is preferred.
• Environment: Must be able to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Licensure: Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Lives operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Check IDs of guests entering the casino and hotels.
• Explain rules, regulations and code of conduct for the casino and hotels.
• Respond to medical or security incidents and assist with emergencies.
• Monitor entrances and assist in maintaining safety and order.
