Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and escort to rooms during admission.
• Provide comfort items and assist with meals as approved.
• Explain facility amenities and services to guests.
• Host tours and showcase resident-centered services.
• Coordinate guest dining, private room setup, and events.
• Support activities, attendance at events, and in-room leisure.
• Make daily rounds to ensure comfort and address needs.
• Greet visitors and maintain exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate guest services.
• Assist with discharges and help with packing belongings.
• Follow up with discharged residents to ensure satisfaction.
