Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a personable Guest Relations Coordinator to ensure residents and their guests feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their stay.

You will welcome guests, explain amenities, aid with meals and activities, and coordinate tours and events with staff across departments. The role emphasizes proactive communication, warm hospitality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and attentive to guest and resident needs.
• Warm, welcoming personality and professionalism.
• Organized and skilled at event or schedule coordination.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and escort them to rooms, assist with unpacking and room setup.
• Offer comfort items: water, snacks, meals (with nurse approval), blankets, pillows.
• Orient guests to facility amenities (phone/TV use, dining options, activities, salon services).
• Host tours for families and guests, showcasing amenities and resident-centered services.
• Coordinate guest dining arrangements, private dining room setup, and family events.
• Support activities: help residents attend activities or engage in in-room leisure.
• Make daily rounds to check on residents and promptly meet needs.
• Greet visitors warmly, remember names, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate guest and resident services.
• Assist with discharges: pack belongings, carry items, provide support during discharge.
• Follow up with discharged residents to ensure safe arrival and satisfaction with care.
