Job summary

You will escort new residents, coordinate dining and events, provide comfort items, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and smooth discharges.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and escort to rooms at admission and assist with unpacking.
• Provide comfort items such as water, snacks, meals (with nurse approval), blankets and pillows.
• Orient guests to facility amenities including phone/TV use, dining options, activities and salon services.
• Host tours for families and visitors, highlighting resident-centered services.
• Coordinate dining and private events, assist with guest meal arrangements and room setup.
• Support residents in attending activities and in-room leisure; make daily rounds to ensure comfort.
• Greet visitors, remember names, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences; assist with discharges and follow up with discharged residents.
