You will greet visitors, guide new residents, coordinate dining, activities, and events, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and escort to rooms; assist with unpacking and setup.
• Provide comfort items and coordinate dining and private events.
• Explain facility amenities and services to residents and guests.
• Host tours for families and visitors, showcasing resident-centered services.
• Coordinate guest dining, events, and room setups; support activities and outings.
• Make daily rounds to ensure resident comfort and respond to needs.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate services.
• Assist with discharges and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

We’re Seeking a Personable and Detail-oriented Guest Relations Coordinator to Join Our Growing Team! This Role Is Essential in Ensuring That Residents and Their Guests Feel Comfortable, Informed, and Supported Throughout Their Stay. Success in This Role Requires Exceptional Communication Skills, a Friendly Demeanor, and the Ability to Anticipate and Meet the Needs of Residents and Their Families.

Your Impact As a Guest Relations Coordinator

• Welcome New Residents: Escort Residents to Their Rooms at Admission and Assist with Unpacking and Room Setup
• Provide Comfort: Offer Water, Snacks, Meals (with Nurse Approval), Blankets, Pillows, and Other Comfort Items
• Orient Guests: Explain Facility Amenities Including Phone/Tv Use, Dining Options, Activities, and Salon Services
• Host Tours: Give Tours to Families and Guests, Showcasing Amenities and Resident-centered Services
• Coordinate Dining & Events: Assist with Guest Meal Arrangements, Private Dining Room Setup, and Family Events
• Support Activities: Help Residents Attend Activities or Engage in Self-initiated and In-room Leisure
• Make Daily Rounds: Check on Residents to Ensure Comfort and Promptly Meet Any Needs
• Engage Visitors: Greet Visitors Warmly, Remember Names, and Ensure an Exceptional Guest Experience
• Collaborate with Staff: Work with All Departments to Coordinate Guest and Resident Services
• Assist with Discharges: Help Pack Belongings, Carry Items, and Provide Support During Discharge
• Follow up: Call Discharged Residents to Ensure Safe Arrival and Satisfaction with Their Care Experience
