Fivepointscs in Texas is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to create a warm, welcoming experience for residents and guests. You will coordinate tours, meals, and activities while supporting every need with a friendly, attentive approach.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating events and schedules with multiple departments. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare is a plus.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Escort Residents to Rooms at admission and assist with unpacking and room setup.
• Provide comfort items and meals (with nurse approval).
• Explain facility amenities including phone/TV use, dining options, activities, and salon services.
• Give tours to families and guests, showcasing amenities and resident-centered services.
• Assist with guest meal arrangements, private dining room setup, and family events.
• Help residents attend activities or engage in in-room leisure.
• Make daily rounds to check on residents and promptly meet needs.
• Greet visitors and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate guest and resident services with other staff.
• Assist with discharges, packing belongings, and providing support during discharge.
• Follow up with discharged residents to ensure safe arrival and satisfaction.
