Job summary
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail seeks a Guest Recognition Specialist & Reservations Sales Agent to manage guest profiles, optimize pre-arrivals, and drive reservations across channels. This remote-location-dependent role supports the guest recognition program with intuitive service, handling room reservations and VIP requests with discretion.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera, Salesforce and related programs.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and handle confidential property information.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
- Able to learn new skills quickly and collaborate with a team.
- Remote position with current US work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest profiles and pre-arrivals while protecting data privacy.
- Review reservations daily to prepare for arrivals using Opera and Golden.
- Coordinate with departments to meet guest essentials and preferences.
- Capture sales from reservation inquiries and coordinate details.
- Review Medallia surveys to update guest preferences in Golden.
- Run reports for special requests and block rooms for VIPs.
- Support the Director of Reservations with tasks; act as a public ambassador.
