Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee room assignments, dispatch Housemen, and support day-to-day housekeeping operations. You will log calls, manage guest requests, and organize the office while maintaining inventory and reporting issues.

The role requires at least 1+ year in housekeeping, computer skills with Opera, and excellent communication. English fluency and US work authorization are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or Rooms division preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers; Opera experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good communication skills; direct contact with employees and guests.
• Fluency in English; US work authorization; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record every telephone call and log actions; assist Laundry/Valet requests.
• Communicate guest requests to team members to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize the Housekeeping office; update files; word processing and admin tasks.
• Maintain key inventory and report missing keys to supervisor immediately.
• Track guest items via in-house lists and PM system; manage reports.
• Monitor rooms released; assign sections and keys to staff.
• Maintain lost and found log; report deficiencies in Hotsos system.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss policies and service standards.
