Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail seeks a Resort Assistant Manager to oversee Front Office, Guest Services and Concierge, serving as manager on duty when senior management is unavailable.
You will assist the Front Desk Manager with arrivals, VIPs, group needs and coordinating with Housekeeping, ensuring guest needs are met with the highest hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems and supervisory experience.
- Direct contact with guests requires good communication skills.
- Fluency in English and US work authorization; Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists in leading the Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, Housekeeping and Laundry employees.
- Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
- Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services.
- Assists in recruitment, training, and staff schedules. Conducts Performance Evaluations and documentation of staff when needed.
- Ensures standards are being met, staff are being supported and guest satisfaction is high and responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner

- Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Salary range: $77,250k annually
