Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Back Server to support the Bartender and Server by stocking supplies, clearing tables, and helping deliver food and beverages during dinner service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a fast-paced F&B setting, strong multitasking, and excellent English communication. This role requires standing 8+ hours and US work authorization; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work.
• Strong multitasking and communication with server/bar team.
• Excellent verbal and written English; current work authorization in the United States.

Remedy Back Server PT/FT

About The Role

The Back Server serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages and clearing dishes and resetting tables during dinner service.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Schedule & Hours

• This can be a full- time or part-time position.
