Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to greet guests by phone and provide an overview of accommodations, resort amenities, and services. You will assist with reservations, confirmations, and various guest requests with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include selling and processing reservations for accommodations, dining, spa services, and activities, updating guest data, and maintaining knowledge of resort events.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SMS, Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by phone and describe facilities, accommodations, and amenities.
