Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail seeks a skilled server to join the Food & Beverage team. You will deliver an exceptional dining experience, anticipate guests’ needs, and provide expert knowledge on menu items, wine, and cocktails.

This full-time role requires strong communication and the ability to handle busy shifts in a luxury setting. In this position, you will engage with guests, upsell thoughtfully, and work to ensure smooth service from seating through payment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting.
• Fluency in English is required for this location.
• Applicants must have current work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Deliver and clear guest food, and assist with guest needs during service.
• Upsell higher-priced wine and food items to meet department sales goals.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate service.
