Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; validate all guest information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest questions.
• Distribute premiums to guests and complete daily reconciliations.
• Data entry into Central Reservations Systems/Epiphany system.
• File and secure all documents per procedures.
• Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts and assist Sales staff.
• Provide administrative support to various internal departments.
