Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with CRS/EPNY or related systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; collect and verify guest info; assign tours to Sales Agents.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer phones and respond to guest questions; assist owners with contracts.
