• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at transaction.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards correctly.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provides customer service: greeting, fitting room policy, ringing up, invites return.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention with manager and procedures.
