Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provides courteous customer service and greeting customers.
• Follows all safety procedures and dress code (name tag).
• Supports merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assists Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
