Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with merchandise knowledge.
• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with merchandising.
• Support loss prevention by reporting incidents and following policies.
• Assist management with store operations as needed.
