Job summary

Aspergerparaasperger is seeking an on-site oriented assistant to manage daily property operations for a growing short-term rental portfolio. You will supervise cleaning staff, handle Airbnb inquiries, and keep calendars up to date, with some remote/admin tasks.

The role requires real estate admin or property management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong writing, and organizational skills. A reliable vehicle and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Real estate admin or property management experience is required.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good with people.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and quality-check cleaning staff between guest stays.
• Respond to guest inquiries, calls and messages on Airbnb.
• Update booking calendars and manage listings.
• Provide in-person guest assistance when needed.
• Support various day-to-day operations tasks across the property portfolio.
