Job summary

Asana Partners is building an in-house property management capability to operate our portfolio directly, pairing institutional operating discipline with hospitality-driven workflows. We seek individuals who are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and highly organized to support tenant relationships and property operations.

The role emphasizes coordinating vendors, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate financial records while leveraging technology platforms to provide transparent reporting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Exposure to retail, mixed-use, or office environments preferred.
• Hospitality background or experience strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support tenant communications and day-to-day relationship management.
• Ensure all tenant requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with full follow-through.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and coordination activities.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Coordinate service vendors and track completion of maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate operational and financial data across systems.
