Qualifications

• 2–4 years in hospitality, STR, or virtual assistant roles.
• Hands-on Airbnb or Vrbo experience; OwnerRez a plus.
• Comfort with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, organized, and can work independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• STR & Hospitality Operations: monitor guest messaging, coordinate cleaners and vendors, track issues, provide guest support.
• Executive & Operations Support: manage inboxes, calendars, prepare meetings, update CRM, create SOPs.
• Social Media & Administrative Workflows: schedule content, assist with email marketing, maintain CRM records.
• Technology & AI: use ChatGPT/Claude and other tools to improve efficiency and learn new platforms.
