Qualifications

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Able to make decisions.
• Able to identify and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the dining room and kitchen.
• Assist Managers with recruiting, training, and developing the hospitality team.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to ensure friendly and efficient service.
• Foster team cohesiveness and a positive work environment.
• Open and close restaurant activities; ensure excellent customer service.
