Qualifications

• Must have experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve problems.
• Ability to guide, direct, and motivate staff; plan and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to teach and train staff; monitor processes and resources.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations.
• Discretion and good judgment handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee dining room and kitchen operations.
• Assist Managers with recruiting, leading, training, and developing hospitality team.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to enhance guest experience and service.
• Foster a cohesive, positive team environment.
• Oversee opening and closing activities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Investigate guest complaints and report personnel issues to Managers.
• Learn restaurant management through ongoing training and development.
