Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and qualify inquiries.
• Set up calls with Sales & Catering Manager.
• Prepare and send packages; answer general questions.
• Create monthly lead recap and update records; assist in contracts, estimates, and site tours.
• Create sales kits and restock supply area; manage office supplies.
• Update Sales System with actuals after events; send thank you communications.
