Job summary

DoubleTree Boston North Shore by Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales team, gain hands-on experience in hotel sales, group reservations, and client relations, and help drive revenue.

You will coordinate schedules, manage files and contracts, and serve as the go-between for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth guest experiences and contributing to daily and seasonal sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tame the paperwork jungle by expertly managing sales files, contracts, and client communications.
• Bridge teams and clients with ease, ensuring everyone is in sync and solutions are delivered.
• Greet clients and team members with a friendly, professional touch; coordinate small group sales.
• Keep the momentum by coordinating schedules and ensuring coverage on busy days and events.
• Smash targets by aligning with departmental goals and supporting the sales process.
