The role requires exceptional communication skills, group presentation ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservations systems.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak before groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of reservations systems and social media for promotions.
• Detail-oriented with basic selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the sales department and front desk to provide guests with an unforgettable experience and attract new clients.
• Respond to guest inquiries, input group reservations, and manage rooming lists.
• Assist with all aspects of the group experience to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
