Job summary

Soho House in Los Angeles seeks a Food Runner to support servers and kitchen teams in delivering outstanding guest service. You will handle plating, ordering flow and collaboration across dining areas in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires a calm, customer‑centric approach, flexibility for shifts including weekends, and knowledge of the menu to assist members and guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Ability to follow training schedules and Club School.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Refill water glasses and coffee cups, clear dishes, crumb tables and replenish supplies.
• Accommodate guest requests or advise management for options.
• Support servers, chef and GM to ensure a seamless service.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly.
• Follow health and safety policies and company standards.
• Stock server alley and expo area; know the menu to make suggestions.
