You will collaborate with the kitchen and servers to enhance the dining experience while maintaining calm, friendly service in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; knowledge of menu items and POS systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Refill water glasses, clear finished dishes, crumb tables and replenish supplies.
• Accommodate guest requests or provide alternatives and advise management.
• Support servers to ensure seamless service in a high-volume setting.
• Ensure food orders are plated and served correctly.
• Follow health and safety policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, servers, executive chef and manager as needed.
• Know the menu to make informed suggestions to members and guests.
