Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Food Runner to support a seamless dining experience for members and guests in a fast-paced club environment. You will help servers, assist in kitchen-guest coordination, and ensure accurate plating and service timing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, excels under pressure, and demonstrates hospitality and teamwork while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure.
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, serve orders, explain meals, and facilitate collaboration between kitchen and servers.
• Assist servers in providing quality hand plated service to all guests.
• Help maintain smooth service flow and support the team during high-volume periods.
• Ensure items are plated and coursed correctly before serving to members/guests.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and local regulations.
