Soho House & Co. is seeking a Food Runner to support servers, assist the kitchen and ensure timely hand-plated service for members and guests.

In a fast-paced club environment you will learn the menu, respond to guest requests, and maintain a clean service area while collaborating with the expo and service bar.

This role requires at least two years in a similar setting and the flexibility to work weekends; compensation aligns with California hospitality pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow Steps of Service and assist with expediting food orders.
• Accommodate guest requests and advise management when needed.
• Support servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Keep server alley and expo area clean and stocked.
• Know the menu to confidently upsell and suggest items.
