Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and focus on ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, and 1 year of AV exposure. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• / 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• / Valid driver’s license; possible DOT requirements; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed.
• Exceeds expectations by providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment and software issues and communicates effectively.
• Documents orders, processes invoices, and coordinates with staff and vendors.
