Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Hawaii is seeking an automotive service advisor to greet guests, document vehicle concerns, and coordinate repairs. You will communicate effectively, prepare clear estimates, and ensure timely service while maintaining CSI and upselling when appropriate.

Responsibilities include updating guests on progress, obtaining approvals for additional work, and ensuring proper handling of keys and payments. A valid license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must maintain CSI and close repair orders the day the vehicle leaves the facility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests within 1 minute of arrival and collects vehicle information.
• Writes up and reviews repair orders; test drives as needed.
• Advices guests on vehicle care and manufacturer specifications; provides cost estimates.
• Secures guest signature and payment method; handles credit approval if needed.
• Monitors progress of repairs and updates guests on changes to estimates or timelines.
• Ensures proper organization of vehicles and keys and closes repair orders appropriately.
