Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Maui & Honolulu locations. No automotive experience is required; hospitality and guest-facing backgrounds are welcome.

You will be the primary contact for guests, translate repair details into clear language, and manage timelines and estimates to protect guest trust and safety. We offer an aggressive earning opportunity, training from day one, and a hospitality-first culture across Hawaii’s Maui and Honolulu markets.

Qualifications

• Clear, composed communicator able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through with guests.
• Guest-facing background welcomed (service advisor, hospitality, sales, or similar).
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy service operation.
• Self-motivated with a drive to serve guests and grow earnings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests through the service process from write-up to delivery.
• Translate repair info into clear communication to earn trust and set expectations.
• Build accurate estimates and commit to realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety and performance.
• Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience to keep guests returning.
