• Must maintain stated min c/hors, CSI and close repair orders when vehicles leave.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 1 minute and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up vehicle problems clearly on repair orders and test drive if needed.
• Advise guests on car care and provide a written cost estimate; obtain signature.
• Establish payment method and obtain credit approval if necessary.
• Monitor repair progress and update guests on changes to estimates or times.
• Close repair orders and ensure vehicles are parked and keys secured.
