Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) for our RISE Dispensaries in Cranberry Township. You will be the welcoming face, balancing hospitality with safety leadership to create an elevated guest experience while maintaining compliance.

This role blends customer service with active security awareness in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, monitor for safety, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in professionally.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance throughout the store.

• Support training of new APS team members.
