Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) at our Cranberry Township dispensary. You’ll be the warm, welcoming face, blending hospitality with safety leadership to enhance the guest experience while maintaining security standards.

The role requires mobility, empathy, and the ability to handle safety, compliance, and guest flow. A background in customer service or security and a valid ID are preferred, with flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
• Provide concierge-level support and direct traffic.
• Deterrence, monitor premises and ensure safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and support safety, cleanliness, and guest flow.
• Report and respond to safety or compliance incidents.
• Assist with emergency procedures and preparedness.
• Conduct visual inspections per SOPs.
