Job summary

Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist to greet guests warmly, manage check-in, and uphold compliance standards. This role blends hospitality with safety leadership to create an elevated guest experience while supporting store operations.

The APS will deter incidents, monitor entry points and perimeters, and de-escalate issues with empathy. You will collaborate with teams, assist training, and remain mobile and vigilant throughout shifts to uphold brand

Qualifications

At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
Must be able to work a schedule including varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
Maintain safety, security, and compliance across the premises.
De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
Escort customers and support store operations on safety and guest flow.
Collaborate with store teams and leadership; support training of new APS team members.
