Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist who blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to create a concierge-style experience for guests. As an APS, you will greet guests, manage check-in, monitor store areas, de-escalate situations, escort customers when needed, and support operations with safety and compliance.

This role is active, on your feet, and requires a willingness to engage with guests while upholding cannabis

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be 21+ and meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
• Monitor store entry/exit and perimeters to ensure safety and compliance.
• De-escalate incidents with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and support operations on safety and guest flow.
