Green Thumb Industries (GTI) operates RISE Dispensaries and is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS). The role blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to create a concierge-style guest experience while maintaining security and compliance on the sales floor.

The APS role emphasizes being a welcoming face, staying physically ready, and collaborating with store teams to deter incidents, protect guests, and enforce policies with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus with hospitality focus.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and scheduling compatibility.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and assist with basic concierge-level requests.
• Foster a welcoming, safe and compliant store environment.
• Deter incidents and maintain calm and order through attentive presence.
• Escort customers as needed and support safety, cleanliness and guest flow.
• Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly and accurately.
• Support emergency procedures and participate in site safety drills.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
