Job summary

Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences onsite. You will train a team, implement company standards, and ensure efficient performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1–2 years in retail, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in similar environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Availability to be on schedule flexible including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Manage day to day store operations and train a team to deliver superior guest experience.
