Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas seeks a Retail Sales Associate to maintain a welcoming shopping environment and deliver high standards of guest service aligned with our K.E.E.P. brand values.

You will greet customers, operate the register, and assist in merchandising and inventory tasks. The role requires English fluency, basic math, and a customer‑oriented approach; 21+ years old and compliance with NV food handling and alcohol awareness policies may apply.

Qualifications

• Speak, understand and read English.
• Retail experience and customer oriented.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers cheerfully; ring sales on the register, give correct change and sales receipt and bag merchandise.
• Promptly and courteously answer telephones within two rings and take accurate messages when necessary.
• Maintain floor standards, customer service standards and use selling skills.
• Fold, hang, and maintain stock on/in racks, shelves, glass cases and armoires.
• Assist in preparing for a physical inventory and work during physical inventory.
• Do shift housekeeping duties to include shelves, fixtures and glass areas.
• Order paper supplies (wrapping, boxes, bags, and tissue and office supplies).
• Cash out (includes counting cash, checks, charges, comps and completing settlement cards and envelope). Write information on cashier report and return drawer to satellite cage.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
