Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests and manage the front desk operations. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include assigning rooms, assisting other departments, and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and internal controls. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a similar role or with transferable skills preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• 10-key touch proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Assign guest rooms in accordance with current policies and procedures.
• Process guest check-outs and handle account postings accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash flow in assigned bank, including performing accurate financial transactions.
• Handle special guest requests and resolve complaints to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
