Qualifications

• Comfort with learning and using store systems to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping space.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build relationships.
• Support team to meet daily sales goals and provide exceptional service.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty benefits and ensure a positive checkout experience.
