Job summary

You will work with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager to optimize operations, coaching, and daily financial performance.

You will lead teams, ensure sanitation and safety, recruit and develop staff, and build community relationships to grow sales and guest counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation practices and restaurant cleanliness on shifts.
• Interpret financial reports and schedules to identify gaps and drive profit improvements.
• Develop community relationships to drive sales and guest counts.
• Monitor security procedures and protect assets.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and coaching of team members.
• Address customer complaints and employee relations issues promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet goals and improve operations.
