Denny's Restaurants in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure smooth operations on their shift. You will work with peer leaders to support the Restaurant Manager and uphold Denny’s standards for guest experience, service quality, and brand performance.

You will focus on people, operations, and financials, including staff recruitment, coaching, and interpreting reports to drive profit while maintaining compliance and a guest‑first environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure proper shift execution.
• Support Restaurant Manager and General Manager to drive guest satisfaction.
• Oversee guest service, food handling and sanitation to brand standards.
• Assist with recruitment, development, and coaching of staff.
• Interpret financial and operating reports to meet profit goals.
