Job summary

Feast Enterprise LLC / Denny's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tucson to supervise 15–20 crew members per shift and ensure excellence in guest experience. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, while supporting staff development and operational cost control.

You will oversee operations to maintain Denny’s Brand Standards, monitor sanitation, control costs, and drive community relations to boost sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
Food Safety Manager certification required.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task and lead teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise 15–20 crew members per shift and ensure proper operation of assigned shift.
Uphold Denny’s Brand Standards for food and service; ensure guest satisfaction.
Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
Interpret financial and operational reports; identify gaps and drive improvements.
Develop community relationships to drive sales, guest count, and profit.
Resolve customer and employee relations issues and participate in resolution processes.
Collaborate with General Manager and peers to maintain high performance.
