Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff staffing, and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on maintaining service quality, managing shifts, and ensuring compliance with brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and hospitality. The position requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, at our Benson, AZ location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling programs, email, spreadsheets, and basic business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Lead assigned shifts and ensure proper deployment during peak periods.
• Maintain speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Complete opening, closing, shift-change, and manager walk-through procedures.
• Provide coverage when the General Manager or another manager is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
