Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure shift execution.
Drive guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
Recruit, coach, and retain hourly staff.
Interpret financial and operating reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
Drive sales, guest count, and profit through community engagement.
Ensure sanitation, security, and asset controls are in place.
Collaborate with General Manager and Restaurant Manager.
