Job summary

DENNY'S RESTAURANTS in Globe, AZ seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise 15-20 crew, execute operations on a shift, and deliver a great dining experience while upholding brand standards.

You will work with 1–2 peer Assistant Managers and/or Supervisors, support the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, and cover day and night shifts, weekends and holidays. Strong guest focus and ability to interpret financials are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain hourly employees.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and operating plans to manage costs and profit.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15–20 crew members and oversee shifts.
• Ensure Denny’s Brand Standards for food and service.
• Assist with guest service, food preparation, handling and storage.
• Support with recruitment, coaching, and development of staff.
• Drive sales, guest counts and profit through community relations.
