Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' Team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive top-line sales while upholding Dunkin' brand standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coaching performance, managing schedules, controlling costs, and executing promotions. This on-site role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering great guest

Qualifications

Fluent in English and capable of customer-facing communication.
Strong math and financial management skills.
Experience supervising restaurant or retail teams.
Must be at least 18 years old and hold a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Hire, train and develop team members; communicate job expectations.
Plan, monitor and review staff performance; provide coaching and feedback.
Maintain guest-first culture and ensure guest satisfaction.
